Download McAfee Online Backup Software

Prerequisite: You must have a valid McAfee Online Backup account before you can install and use any McAfee Online Backup software. For more information, see Getting McAfee Online Backup.

You can download the McAfee Online Backup software on any computer. You might download and install the backup software for any of these reasons:

To start backing up your computer.
To manually upgrade to the latest version.
To back up an additional computer.
To start backing up a replacement computer after files from a previous computer are recovered. For more information, see Replacing a Computer.

Windows

(same installer for both 32-bit and 64-bit)

No need to download it is already installed.

The installation file begins downloading.

Save the installation file. If your browser is not using the default download settings to automatically save the file to the Downloads folder, you may be prompted to either run or to save the file. If prompted, click Save and save the file to a location where you can easily find it, such as your desktop. The default download locations are listed below.

Windows C:\Users\Username\Downloads

Username represents your username for your user account on that computer.
