If your account permits you to do so, you may log
in online to change your McAfee Online Backup password.
If permitted, you may select a backed up computer
to restore files from.
Use a Web browser to log in to your account online.
(Conditional) You may see a screen requesting you to verify your
email address.
If the email
address you see on this screen is correct, find the validation message in your
email account and click the link to verify your email address.
If the email
address you see on this screen is not correct, enter a valid address in the
Change email field, then click
Send. Then, find the validation message in
your email account and click the link to verify your email address.
If the email
address you see on this screen is correct, but you cannot find the validation
message in your email account, click
Resend. Then, find the validation message in
your email account and click the link to verify your email address.
Once you have verified your email address, click
Go to Account.
