Viewing the version of the backup software you have installed is helpful if you want to review the release notes or ensure you are running the most recent version of the software.It may be possible that your account administrator is managing McAfee Online Backup updates.

Choose one of the following options:
- (Windows 8) On the Start screen, click McAfee Online Backup Settings.
- (Windows 7 or earlier) Right-click the McAfee Online Backup
icon
in the notification area, then click
